i've seen a lot of people speaking about pregnancy and mention 'cm' what is it?

Just to add on why women on these forums speak about it so much: cervical mucus changes the closer you get to ovulation (it increases and has the consistency of raw egg-whites). It's a way for women to know when they are close to ovulation.
