im just wondering how accurate the clear blue tests are,, i purchased the one that’s suppose to be able to tell you 4 days before ur period is due, the first test was void so i done another one and that one stated not pregnant, even though i didn’t use my First urine sample of the day i never read the small print till after wards and comments greatly appreciated thanks

Answer:
Those tests are costly aren't they? That's why I usually don't use them unless I'm actually late for my period and use the cheapy internet strips until then (as I'm an obsessive-compulsive tester!) Clearblue has a good reputation and that's usually what you pay the extra for. Virtually all tests can be taken before a missed period but it all depends on how quickly your body is producing the pregnancy hormone and indeed, when it started doing so.

The earliest BFPs (at around 8/9 dpo and therefore 4-5days before a missed period) are down to those women who have had implantation happen early. There are still those women who don't have their pregnancy implant until the day or two before they anticipate their period and so wouldn't show through on a test until they had missed their period totally.

Here is some information on how many women received an accurate result and at what stage before their period was due:

I would re-test if your period is late. Good luck! **

Answer:
It all depends on how much of the hormone level there is, My last period was april 13th and i took one on the 14th and it was really faint then i kept taking one each morning and it was darker and darker, Have you missed your period? Good luck! you dont have to use your firsts mornings pee but its just best mine were the same no matter when i took them just if you dont use your first mornings just try not to go for 4 hours i heard,
