Answer:
Cakies get a pill dispenser with separate tiny boxes and have the date on them then if the box is empty you’ve taken the pill if its not you can take it.
Answer:
When i was pregnant (and before) i took a pregnancy safe multivitamin as well as omega 3 capsules. (i still do)
In my thought folic acid isn’t enough, pregnancy takes a toll on your body and it's not Just for the baby it's for you too, you need to makes sure you have plenty of calcium and iron ect so that YOU remain healthy, if you lacking in supplies of certain vitamins and minerals it will be taken from your body by the baby.
Buy a pregnancy multivitamin and omega 3 capsules and take them from now on and after you’ve given birth.
Set a reminder on your phone for the same time each day and leave them near the kitchen sink.
good luck x

Oh my goodness, congratulations i didn't know you was pregnant. I remember answering when of your questions on the ttc forum.
I also keep forgetting, i don't know what would happen if you take 2 in a day.If i am not sure if i haven’t took it, i don't take it.
Also in many stores there are tablet dispensers you can put your pills in for daily. Thinking of buying one myself hehe.
Oh my goodness, again congrats on the pregnancy.
I wish you a happy and healthy pregnancy. I wish you loads of hugs and kisses and BABY DUST!

It's very important to remember to take prenatal vitamins. They help supplement your body with any vitamin and nutrients your diet lacks. Trust me on this one, start taking one and you’ll feel a difference. As your baby wills take what it needs to survive and grow…meaning if it needs extra calcium, it will leech some from your bones if you’re not getting enough in your diet. Same with a lots of other nutrients…I'm from the states, so I don't ever deal with midwives but I've never heard of a physician telling a pregnancy woman that it is ok to halt.
I take mine at bedtime, as they upset my stomach. I also take an omega 3 tablet for help with energy and mood. Plus it's great for the baby!

I didn't know I was pregnant until I was 6 and a half weeks pregnant. So I never took folic acid to begin with, I then kept accidently forgetting to take it. I stopped at 12 weeks when the midwife stated it was ok to stop.
My daughter is 1 years old now and perfectly fine. When my mum was pregnant she didn't take any supplements and just ate food which were high in folic acid and other stuff. As far as I know me and my other brothers and sisters are all fine.
Women have been giving birth for years without taking any supplements, don't panic to much, you’ll not hurt your baby!
Answer:
Don't worry that you've forgotten to take a couple of them, I kept forgetting as well and at my 20 week scan my baby was perfectly healthy, I'm 26 weeks now and can feel her kicking about in there like nobodies buisness so I know she's still fine! =)
Most people take folic acid up to 12 weeks as this is when the spine and internal organs are all formed. But it wouldn't injured for you to carry on taking them if you want to.
Buy a pill dispenser with the days of the week on and put one in each box, that way you'll know whether or not you've taken them by looking at the box!
Answer:
When the large folic acid advertising started I had just found out I was pregnant…and 3 months gone! So no folic acid for me!!! My son was fine. So long as your getting a varied and healthy diet you should be getting a reasonable amount naturally, also it is added in many breads and cereals so if you can't remember to take your pill make sure the brands of food you buy are folic acid enriched. But you’re 12 weeks now and the baby's development is past NEEDing folic acid sups. Good luck
Answer:
You don't need to take it after 12 weeks, I mean by all means carry on but it's completely up to you!
You could purchase a pill dispenser which has mon-sunday, so you know which days you have taken!
I do the same!
Congratulations on reaching the 12 week mark!

HEY, congrats!!!!
I remember my brain cells fizzled out when i was pregnant with my son 6 yrs ago…. it is extremley important to take your folic acid as it helps the baby to develop proparly… it prevents spina bifta!
Eat plently of leafy green veg too…
How about setting an alarm that goes off at the same time each day? it would remind you to take your folic..
I'm ttc at the mo and await the pregnancy brains return lol…
Good Luck
Answer:
Go to the dollar store..they have week long plastic container things with separate days in them..so you load it up the beginning of each week..then you know whether you took it or not when the day's pill is still there or not…I had to do the same thing…or take it with one meal a day..like the first or last one..then you know whether you’ve taken it or not cuz its at the same time eery day

I was the same way with remembering to take my birth control pill before we started TTC. I set the alarm on my cell phone to go off at the same time every day first for the BC pill and now for the prenatals (even though I haven't got that BFP yet) just trying to get the body ready. But it works well having that reminder at the same time each day.
