I reccently started feeling extremely tired and fatigued with no explanation. I've not went to the physician because I figured it would go away within a short while. Also money issues isn't exactly helping. Since it has now been going for longer than a week, I'm starting to get a tiny concerned.

I can get a full nights rest just to wake up feeling like I hadn't slept for days to the point of it actually feeling painful. I don't feel as if I'm awake most of the time more so just dreaming. Kinda like living in a twilight zone where nothing seems real. I have the ability to take naps during the day and they are of no help.

People keep asking if I'm depressed yet I'm not. I don't feel anymore stressed than any other person. But I do have to admit, this feeling is quite overwhelming from time to time and is starting to get frustrating.

My first intial thought was pregnancy since I’m trying but ruled that out once AF showed around 3 or so days ago. NEVER felt this way before.

Answer:
My friend had her period for six months during her pregnancy. Don't let that fool you. And her period came on time and full flow and she gave birth to a healthy son. All I'm saying is to take a pregnancy test just to rule it out then move on from there.

Answer:
Either your getting your period soon or get your thyroid checked.

Answer:

i hate to say this but have you been tested for diabetes, look up info for type 2 diabetes, are you having to use the loo more than normal (#1) i know its horrible but thats how my uncle doug found out he’d diabetes he started just being really exhausted, he use to go out and play ball with us everynight but got to the point that he was just TO TIRED. also it could be from lack of certain vitamins, when you wake up in the morning try drinking a nice glass of orange juice. or you could even be anemic, lack of iron a good way to tell if your anemic is if you have a pure gold ring, rub the gold (not the diamond) down your face if it leaves a black line you’re lacking iron. and you can find iron supplements at any local market. i hope you feel better and i was at some sort of help.
