me and my husband is tryna concieve we decided i would begin taking fertile aid pills to help because my cycles are crazy can i take it while im on my period?

hi, i am currently taking fertilaid and its good if you start them while you are on your period that way you can start to ovulate on time, also they are just a lot of herbal vitamins so it wouldn't injured to take them at anytime. Just make sure that you eat before you take them and also you might have some side effects when you first take them, maybe its just me but when i first started them i had headaches and cramps. baby dust to you and good luck.

I'm sure there’s an instruction to the fertile pills as to when you are suppost to take them. You can also opt on taking birth control pills for three months then stop. Others have done that did get pregnant & your cycle will be regularized. A healthy alternative for birth control pills that I suggest is a progesterone cream. Consult with your OB to be sure.
