The medicines I took are pyredium,brufen and ofloxacin..

No, I do not believe these would affect fertility at all.
These are drugs that only work on getting rid of your infection.
You're fine. Think of all of the women who get pregnant and all of the different drugs they might be taking at the time. There are a lot of people in this world for a reason…it's harder to screw up than it is to make a successful fertilization.
