I know not to use FMU, but when is the best time to test, and should it be at the same time every day?

I’ve heard that the best time to test is in the afternoon, but I always test in the morning before work. Once I get a faint positive I test 2 times a day (morning and around 3-4pm) so that I can pinpoint my surge more accurately. Good Luck.

Yes, take the tests as close to the same time each day as possible - and afternoon is best.
