I find that having sex during your period:

Speeds up the cycle.

Less cramps.

Sometimes it seems like superior sex (risk pregnancy doesn't factor in either way for me…so; it's not that I'm more relaxed as some guy stated).

I don't know why some many state it’s “gross” and get so turned off by this subject. It's all part of life. In most cases, girls have a small towel, etc w/ them. It's not that “messy/ gross”.
