Developing growing breasts hurt when they are growing. When you first noticed them they probably injured a lot especially if something or someone bumped into you in that area. They’ll be sensitive to the touch, painful at times, just all round sore and achy. They have the ability to stop growing anytime, but avg is about 18-19 but funny thing is even after 'developed' a womens breasts will always be changing. First development, pregnancies, after pregs, remember breasts have no muscles so they’ll continually change shape and contour.

If your worried just talk to your doctor about estrogen pills, i know a lot of females take them at my school.
