then at night, i eat so much, i get so hungry, yeah i know its not healthy, but i dont know what to do. help?
Answer:
I did that all last year! I wouldn't eat breakfast, and then I'd skip lunch, and then I'd completely pig out during dinner. What my doctor told me to do was to get a small like energy bar or something for breakfast, eat a piece of fruit or something for lunch, and then have like a sandwich for dinner and a little light snack as dessert. It really helped get my appetite back on track.

Your mind is occupied during the day, so you do not think of eating at all, but then because you’re actually starving your body during the day, you get these hunger urges at night.
Rather eat something in the mid morning for a snack or “breakfast” even though you do not feel hungry, and then have your supper early, say at 5PM or 6 PM. Then you should be able to cope superior at night. Have a cracker and cheese just before bed time to get you through the night at first.

Eat regally, like have decent sized breakfast etc
and even if your not hungry try and eat as your body will eventually get used to having a balanced in schedule diet ;S
but at the start if you rel cant eat then try and just have a ban nan or a fruit with a glass of water for breakfast

i went through this same thing, what i did was start foring myself to eat breakfast for one, and not eat after 8 at night. Eventually your body will get back to a normal schedule. you just have to work on it.
