When you go to your GYN or OB-GYN and they ask you general questions. When they ask you how often you and your husband have sex…do you lie?
I lie and state once a week when really it's like once every 2 months if we're lucky. LOL.
Answer:
I absolutely lie! Ha ha! I really wonder why they need to know. I tell my husband that I lie about it and he just laughs! It is just humiliating to tell the truth.
Answer:
I'd advise you to never lie to a doctor if you go to him/her for help. Period. Their help can only be as effective as your word. Since they’re in the field of medicine, it does have everything to do with our bodies, so therefore they have each right to ask us questions like that. Especially when your consulting a GYN or OB-GYN. They’re not there to embarrass you or receive an emotional reaction. Especially at your expense.
Answer:
Hmmm, I've never been asked.
They're probably just trying to give you the chance to ask questions or admit you're having problems with sex. For example, “Now that you mention it, we haven't been having it as often since I’ve really bad vaginal dryness, etc.”
Otherwise, don't know why it matters.
Answer:
they really don't ask me that question….
but if they did… i would've not want to tell them the truth b/c it's humiliating… but i do tell them the truth b/c what if something is wrong with you.
plus sometimes doc knows the truth without you telling the truth.
